Chief Legal Officer
Ralph A. Daiuto, Jr., Chief Legal Officer of ClearList, is an accomplished attorney and business leader with over 25 years of fintech and legal experience in the securities industry. He has established and managed several broker-dealers and innovative technology companies (including extensive experience with digital assets and blockchain related technologies) and oversaw their daily operation, including legal, compliance and regulatory matters. Ralph is also the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of ClearList LLC and ClearList Securities LLC, wholly owned subsidiary broker-dealers registered with FINRA & SIPC.
Ralph was formerly the Chief Regulatory Officer at ShareNett Holdings, LLC, a members-only, global network of professional investors collaborating on curated, quality investment opportunities. Ralph was also the President of ShareNett Securities, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary broker-dealer registered with FINRA & SIPC.
Prior to his work at ShareNett, Ralph was the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of tZERO Group, Inc., a fintech subsidiary of Overstock.com, a publicly traded company. Ralph served as a founding Director of the Boston Securities Token Exchange (“BSTX”), representing tZERO, a world pioneer of Blockchain based technology. Ralph was also the President and General Counsel of SpeedRoute, LLC and PRO Securities, LLC,, both tZERO subsidiary broker-dealers registered with FINRA & SIPC.
He is a former member of both the FINRA FinTech Industry Committee and the Leadership Committee of the Chamber of Digital Commerce’s Token Alliance.
Ralph obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the Fordham University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science degree, awarded cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany, where he majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Ralph is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.
